EXTENDED WARRANTY POLICY (2026)

1. Introduction

This Extended Warranty Policy (“Policy”) establishes the terms under which Qbraska LLC (“Qbraska”) offers additional warranty coverage for products sold, distributed, or supplied by the platform, whether through retail, wholesale, national distribution, or international distribution.

The Extended Warranty is an optional service, subject to approval, and does not constitute an automatic obligation for Qbraska.

2. Nature of the Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty:

  • Is an optional service offered solely under Qbraska’s terms.

  • Does not replace the manufacturer’s or supplier’s standard warranty.

  • Does not obligate Qbraska to cover damages outside its control.

  • Does not automatically apply to all products.

  • May only be purchased when Qbraska explicitly allows it.

Qbraska reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny Extended Warranty requests.

  • Modify its duration, coverage, or cost.

  • Cancel the Extended Warranty if fraud or abuse is detected.

3. Duration of the Extended Warranty

The duration of the Extended Warranty is determined by Qbraska based on:

  • Product type

  • Category

  • Risk level

  • Replacement availability

  • Supplier or manufacturer conditions

Qbraska may offer Extended Warranty periods of:

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 12 months

  • 24 months

Or any other period deemed appropriate.

4. Coverage of the Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty exclusively covers:

  • Manufacturer defects not caused by the customer.

  • Internal product failures not resulting from misuse.

  • Functional issues attributable to the manufacturer or supplier.

  • Components that fail without customer intervention.

5. Exclusions (Maximum Protection for Qbraska)

The Extended Warranty DOES NOT COVER, under any circumstances:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, water, fire, or chemicals.

  • Natural wear and tear from prolonged use.

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation performed by the customer.

  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Used, refurbished, or “as‑is” products.

  • Issues arising from international customs processes.

  • Damage caused by third‑party carriers.

  • Issues caused by destination country regulations.

  • Counterfeit products supplied by external vendors.

  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage or use outside specifications.

  • Software issues, updates, or technological incompatibilities.

These exclusions fully protect Qbraska from unjustified claims and system abuse.

6. Procedure for Requesting Extended Warranty Service

The customer must:

  1. Provide clear evidence of the defect.

  2. Submit photos, videos, and any documentation requested.

  3. Allow Qbraska to evaluate the case.

  4. Comply with reporting deadlines.

  5. Ship the product to the address designated by Qbraska (if required).

Qbraska will evaluate the case and determine whether the warranty applies.

7. Final Decision Authority

Qbraska has exclusive authority to:

  • Approve or deny warranty claims.

  • Determine whether the defect is covered.

  • Request additional inspection.

  • Replace, repair, or deny the claim.

Qbraska’s decision is final and non‑appealable, unless required otherwise by law.

8. Responsibility of External Suppliers

If the product was supplied by an external vendor:

  • The supplier is responsible for manufacturer defects.

  • The supplier must cover replacements and reshipping.

  • Qbraska may withhold supplier funds to cover damages.

  • Qbraska may provide the customer with full supplier information if the supplier fails to respond.

Qbraska is fully exempt from liability for supplier errors.

9. Extended Warranty for International Sales

For sales outside the United States:

  • The warranty is governed exclusively by U.S. law.

  • The customer is responsible for customs taxes and duties.

  • Qbraska does not cover confiscations, holds, or customs‑related damage.

  • Qbraska does not cover international return shipping costs.

10. Fraud and Abuse

Qbraska may cancel the Extended Warranty if it detects:

  • Product tampering.

  • False evidence.

  • Attempts to obtain unjustified replacements.

  • Abuse of the warranty system.

Qbraska may:

  • Withhold funds.

  • Block the customer.

  • Report fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Qbraska is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages.

  • Economic losses.

  • Carrier failures.

  • Damage caused by third parties.

  • Issues arising from international regulations.

12. Policy Modifications

Qbraska may update this Policy at any time.
