This Integrated Policy governs the relationship between Qbraska LLC (“Qbraska”) and any supplier, manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, logistics partner, or commercial entity that provides products or services to the platform, as well as the obligations and responsibilities when Qbraska acts as a retailer, wholesaler, national distributor, or international distributor.

3. Dropshipping (Supplier → Customer)
When the supplier ships directly to the customer:

The supplier is 100% responsible for delivery, quality, and product condition.

Qbraska assumes no responsibility for supplier errors.

The supplier must meet Qbraska’s published delivery times.

The supplier must cover reshipping, replacement, or return costs.

The supplier must ensure the customer receives no unexpected customs charges.
4. Quality, Authenticity & Certifications
The supplier must ensure:

Products are authentic.

Products meet safety standards.
-
Products meet required certifications (FDA, FCC, CE, etc.).

Products match descriptions.
-
Products pose no consumer risk.
Qbraska may request documentation at any time.
5. Shipping & Logistics
The supplier is responsible for:

Proper packaging.

Reliable carriers.
-
Valid tracking.
-
Customs compliance.
-
Deliveries without unjustified delays.
If the supplier fails:

They must reship at no cost.
-
They must cover compensation.
-
They must assume responsibility for damages.
6. Replacements, Warranty & Returns
The supplier must:

Accept approved returns.

Process replacements at no cost.
-
Cover reshipping costs when at fault.

Respect Qbraska’s warranty policies.
7. Payments, Holds & Funds
Qbraska may:

Hold payments for non‑compliance.

Hold funds during investigations.

Adjust payments for reputational damage.
Payments are released only when:

No claims exist.

No fraud is detected.

8. Fraud, Security & Prohibited Conduct
Suppliers are prohibited from:

Sending counterfeit products.

Sending used items as new.

Manipulating tracking.

Changing inventory without notice.
-
Providing false information.
-
Violating customs regulations.

Engaging in deceptive practices.
Qbraska may:

9. Supplier Legal Liability
The supplier is fully responsible for:

Qbraska is exempt from liability for supplier errors.
10. Transparency with Customers

Qbraska guarantees:

Customer address errors.

Destination country regulations preventing delivery.
13. Retail Warranty & Replacements
Qbraska covers:

Approved returns.
Customers must:

14. Qbraska as Wholesaler
