• videos

• GPS delivery confirmation

• customer signature

• communication history

• shipping documentation

3. Qbraska Actions

Qbraska may:

• submit evidence to the bank

• permanently block the customer

• hold funds

• cancel warranties

• apply additional fees

• pursue legal action

4. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Include:

• false claims

• manipulated evidence

• double refund attempts

• stolen cards

• repeated baseless claims

5. Liability Exemption

Qbraska is not responsible for:

• bank decisions

• stolen cards

• external fraud

• customer negligence
