SECTION 1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND CONTRACTUAL PRIMACY
This policy exclusively governs the conditions, timeframes, and mandatory requirements under which a Buyer may request a refund, return, or claim a warranty within the platform managed by Qbraska LLC (hereinafter, "Qbraska"). Operating under a corporate Marketplace model, the provisions and deadlines described herein are of institutional public order and absolutely prevail over any individual policy or private agreement offered by the Seller.
SECTION 2. MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
For a return or refund request to be admitted for processing and evaluated by Qbraska's support department, the Buyer must strictly and concurrently meet the following physical and documentary requirements:
-
Product Condition: The item must be returned in perfect condition, retaining all its original tags intact, manuals, and must not show any signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
-
Original Packaging: The item must be returned within its original factory packaging and inside Qbraska's official shipping box or wrapping, which must not be destroyed or severely altered.
-
Submission of Audiovisual Evidence (Mandatory Anti-Fraud): The Buyer shall have the inescapable obligation to provide a continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing video (with no cuts or transitions), or alternatively, high-resolution photographs clearly showing the condition of the sealed package at the exact moment of logistics delivery. The absence of this documentary proof shall empower Qbraska to reject the request immediately.
SECTION 3. REPORTING WINDOWS AND STRICT DEADLINES BY COMMERCIAL CATEGORY
The Buyer's right to report a defective, damaged, incomplete item, or one that does not match the published description automatically, definitively, and non-extendably expires according to the following commercial category limits, counted from the exact second of confirmed delivery by the logistics company registered on ://qbrask.com:
-
Category A - Electronics and Gadgets: The Buyer has a strict deadline of ten (10) business days. Includes mobile phones, tablets, computer components, charging accessories, consoles, and audio or video devices.
-
Category B - Clothing, Footwear, and Office Supplies: The Buyer has a strict deadline of five (5) business days. Includes all types of apparel, formal or sports footwear, stationery supplies, and light furniture.
-
Category C - Perishables, Consumibles, and Personal Care: The Buyer has a critical window of twenty-four (24) calendar hours. Includes food, dietary supplements, opened or sealed cosmetics, and personal hygiene products.
The Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the expiration of these deadlines irrevocably terminates their right to initiate a commercial dispute, request mediation, or demand a refund through Qbraska's customer service channels or via email claims to qbraskaa51@gmail.com.
