To provide our Marketplace services efficiently, we collect the following personal information:

Mandatory Purposes: The sole purpose of processing this data is the creation of user accounts, the processing of commercial transactions, logistics management with Sellers, electronic fraud prevention, and sending order status notifications.
SECTION 3. FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER AND THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
Qbraska LLC does not store, collect, or process on its own servers the confidential credit or debit card details of Users (such as account numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes).
To mitigate cyber risks and ensure the shielding of financial information, all billing and funds dispersal transactions are executed externally through third-party payment gateways certified under the global PCI-DSS standard (such as Stripe or PayPal). Financial data is transmitted in an encrypted manner directly from the User's device to said merchant processors.

In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment (CPRA), Qbraska voluntarily extends the following fundamental privacy rights to all its eligible users within the United States territory:
